Welcome to The Pretzel Post! My name is Nathan, and if you haven't guessed already—I love pretzels. My first memory with a pretzel goes back to a St. Louis Cardinals game. I remember it like it was yesterday: the warm, freshly baked pretzel paired with that irresistible nacho cheese. Ever since, whenever pretzels make an appearance on the menu, you can count on me ordering one. That passion led me on a two-year adventure of perfecting my homemade pretzel recipe. After hundreds upon thousands of batches, I’m proud to say I now make the best pretzels in Columbia, Missouri (at least, that's what my kids say!). I can’t wait to share my love of pretzels with you. Each one is handmade and twisted by yours truly, using only the finest, most authentic ingredients—ingredients that have been trusted by pretzel makers for over a thousand years.
